Round 1

  • [Doug] CoMe tweaks:
    1. Moved "reservation sheet cleaning" to Power Hour: better thematic fit (immediate post-CoMe task), easier to coordinate it with other tasks.
    2. Merged "expenditure" and "income" to "money +/-": often one is empty, simpler reading
    3. Merge "shopping plans", "visitor requests" & "popcorn feedback" into "discussions and announcements". These section are all discussions or announcements anyway, thematic separation causes complexity without clear benefit.

      • [Martin] likes the consolidation of the discussion section, it's more flexible (giving feedback later than in the original section)

  • [Antonin] let's talk about the building weeks! Here is a proposal for a timeline:
    • We keep Monday as it usually is, with CoMe and Power hour. We don't do the tasks lottery with cooking and freeshop organized separately
    • We have Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as building days, with the following structure:
      • 8:00 - 9:30 breakfast
      • 9:30 - 9:45 stand-up meeting:
        • Announcements, questions, feedback
        • Quick presentation by each site organizer of what will be done on the site on that day
      • 10:00 - 12:45 work session
      • 13:00 lunch is served
      • 14:00 - 16:00 work session
      • 16:00 - 16:30 snack break brought to the building sites
      • 16:30 - 18:00 work session
      • 19:00 dinner is served
      • in the evening people can register on a whiteboard for tasks for the following day:
        • being part of building sites
        • repro tasks
    • The building sites for next week are so far:
      • Tilmann + 2 people "K22 staircase: hide & plaster cables"
      • or Tilmann + X people "snack kitchen and main bathroom: ventilation pipes"
      • Martin + X people "K22 attic floor treatment"
      • Antonin (or you?) + 2 people for the cooking team (cook lunch, dinner and bake something for the afternoon snack)

      • [Anneke] is considering to repaint Sorano if she's still here at that time
    • Would someone like to have the "reprorga" hat, making a sheet for repro tasks and asking people to sign up for them in the evening?

  • [Martin] Virginia is coming when I'll be still mostly busy with the bike trip group. I had planned to do more house introduction afterwards but it could be good to have another host for the first three days.
