- [Doug] CoMe tweaks:
- Moved "reservation sheet cleaning" to Power Hour: better thematic fit (immediate post-CoMe task), easier to coordinate it with other tasks.
- Merged "expenditure" and "income" to "money +/-": often one is empty, simpler reading
- Merge "shopping plans", "visitor requests" & "popcorn feedback" into "discussions and announcements". These section are all discussions or announcements anyway, thematic separation causes complexity without clear benefit.
- [Thomas] likes the simplification
- [Martin] likes the consolidation of the discussion section, it's more flexible (giving feedback later than in the original section)

- [Anneke] is busy reading other things and doesn't really mind

- We keep Monday as it usually is, with CoMe and Power hour. We don't do the tasks lottery with cooking and freeshop organized separately
- We have Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as building days, with the following structure:
- 8:00 - 9:30 breakfast
- 9:30 - 9:45 stand-up meeting:
- Announcements, questions, feedback
- Quick presentation by each site organizer of what will be done on the site on that day
- 10:00 - 12:45 work session
- 13:00 lunch is served
- 14:00 - 16:00 work session
- 16:00 - 16:30 snack break brought to the building sites
- 16:30 - 18:00 work session
- 19:00 dinner is served
- in the evening people can register on a whiteboard for tasks for the following day:
- being part of building sites
- repro tasks
- The building sites for next week are so far:
- Tilmann + 2 people "K22 staircase: hide & plaster cables"
- or Tilmann + X people "snack kitchen and main bathroom: ventilation pipes"
- Martin + X people "K22 attic floor treatment"
- Antonin (or you?) + 2 people for the cooking team (cook lunch, dinner and bake something for the afternoon snack)
