• Room design
  • need for cosy living space
  • desire to have living space near to food space
  • need for comfortable eating space
• Consumable items meeting was nice. Tasks: create store room to help make restocking and monitoring easier, select nice water bottles and regularly cleaning them, make bottle holders, put up clear bottle instructions/propaganda nearby, making sure that all volunteers can explain the bottle system even if they don't use it themselves. I would make more toilet roll holders.
• Moratorium (indefinite suspension) on collecting non-exceptional items. Specifically kitchen stuff (plates, cups, cutlery, etc) clothing and furniture.
• Preparing for the group
  • Snack kitchen
  • Toilets (there is now a brush in every toilet, Janina installed a butt towel holder in the lower staircase toilet. Instructions follow, feedback is welcome!)
  • Signs: for using the dishwashers, for what not to put in the dishwasher...
  • Tour: basic tour, which group members can give to eachother
