3. Changes to Governance
- Janina prepared changes to put back in the 3 months absence threshold for volunteers

- foodsharing coworking weekend (well sounds more like a get-together meeting) 15.-16.9. - can we host up to 25 people? Likely less. Some might come earlier / stay longer.

- janina was motivated to push forward governance change for absence threshold rules
- janina was motivated to add the "auto evaluations" for historic absence threshold violations
