6. Food planning

  • Transfer update (it ends at the end of November, only Tue to Thu)
  • New office document trays and inbox: Please put incoming mail either in the general inbox or into the personalized inbox tray. Don't just put it somewhere.
  • heating planning (doors, which rooms, temperature, timing)
    • Heating: Living room, Silent office
    • Reinsert Kitchen/Living room door (Bodhi, Joe, Isabel)
    • Heating from 6.00-20.00 (Building will stay warm a bit longer)
  • WuWiTa update: Bodhi and Lise won't organize anything big in Wurzen. If other people want to they should feel free to! Bodhi will be here over Christmas though and would like to do something nice.
  • Make sure to try out using the office as additional eating space during the move meeting, please! Meaning: Open the door again and strictly enforce the clear table policy before a meal. And don't feel bad for asking people to leave the office after they finished eating, so it can be used for working again. (Bodhi makes the door usable again)
  • Get the house preped for the move meeting (bags shelf, maybe more electricity, toilet next door)
  • Power hour planning
    • Meet at 10.00 in living room
    • Planning board will be on living room table for the whole power hour
    • people who are late should grab tasks from the board. Still, everybody is encouraged to be there at 10.00.
    • by default, don't start before 10 so a short meeting with decision what should be done can happen.
  • Brooms will be stored in the snack kitchen shelf from now on. Bodhi will install hangers.
  • Dumpster log: Please fill out the dumpster log after dumpster diving. Bodhi will put it up in Spülküche or K20 hallway.
