Round 1

• [Larissa] Hiking trip info: Start 8:18h? would arrive at 10:37h, than hiking around 10km. Food prep?
  • it's gonna be cold but mainly dry
  • the hiking route could be shortened if necessary
  • going early is due to early sunset, so that we'd be done when it gets dark
  • food prep: larissa makes a couscous salad for everyone, additionally people bring amounts for themselves which we then share
  • water: everyone takes their own
  • mika and levi will come, so the intensity level won't be very high
  • terrain: mountainous forest with maintained pathways
  • meeting point: in the train at 8:18
  • more concrete info will be posted on mattermost
• [Janina] Group request for December 13 to 15. Do we accept? Who would host?
  • 20-30 people event to train trainers
  • Astrid can host with support by Janina, Timber has the contact
  • there will be more people here, it will be very full
• [Kate] Verschenkekeladen gap of at least 2 weeks in BFD. this means there might be little support to refill the shop and sort donations.

    • we're gonna be a lot of people so that should be doable
