Round 1

• [matthias] Winter is coming: temperatures are from today on all around the clock colder than what we want to have inside! Don't leave windows open for more than 5 minutes, never put them on the tilt-open position, keep all doors to staircase and garden closed. The better we do this, the later we have to start heating, the more energy we save :-)
• [janina] Raheem's workaway request.
  • [Andrea] I think what we should ask ourselves is if we want to host this person and the responsibility that it entails. If we don't want to host him we should tell him that, so that he can keep looking for something else and not lose time in our interaction.
  • Not much enthusiasm in the room, better to decline.
• [tilmann] renewal of sleep kitchen agreement for 6 months, mainly for Mika (night) and Levi (daytime). would set up an ukuvota. (is it actually a Collective Agreement?)
  • [chandi] we should define what it is because it decides who can vote
  • [janina] I like to have it somewhere central so for me collective agreements make sense
• [maxime] discomfort with kids running naked indoors, which assumes that people are fine with accidents
  • [janina] mika is potty training now and doesn't really have accidents at the moment, but when it gets colder it won't happen anyore anyway
  • [tilmann] the exception is during changing the diapers alone, then there is usually a small timeframe in which the kids are naked. but that's just brief.
  • [maxime] ok.

Round 2

• [tilmann/matthias] unload ventilation device to the attic, ideally before the car needs to be reparked on Wednesday evening
  • [antonin] would be happy to help today (Monday)
  • [tilmann] we need to remove some bits from the device to make it lighter and make an opening in the attic to get it up. also there's the kids, so I can't really say a time. maybe we do it spontaneously, with only the necessary time in advance to get everything in order?
  • Everybody in the room is up for somehow helping! :D
  • [tilmann] it won't happen before 4 pm realistically
