Round 1

• [Larissa] Shall we have just one communal meal per day this week?
  • [Janina] Maybe only lunch then?

• [Janina] Announcement: This week the bin emptying task in power hour will include getting the empty bio bins up and usable again.
• [tilmann] organic waste bin has moved to its summer location - please leave it open to let birds pick the maggots! (but can be closed during rain)
• [Doug] Spreads and sunflower seeds: I think they're kinda expensive, I would order the bird quality ones again if people use them.
  • [Tilmann] If we have bigger amounts of self-made spreads we need to take extracare for it not getting bad.
  • [Doug] I'll buy it.
• [Anja] I'd like to fix clothes soon. If you want your clothes to be fixed, too, you can add it to a pile with a clear lable about what is wrong. Only if you care about that item though and no pants that are ripped between the legs.
• [Kate] Feedback to FFJ as a more individual thing. How are we gonna go about it?
  • [Doug] After social sauna Kate, Martin and I talked a bit longer and thought about walks in pairs to create this 1-on-1 situation where also the FFJis can give feedback to KHians. We could propose it now on the digital channels and then confirm it in CoMe next Monday.
  • [Larissa] How obligatory is it?
  • [Kate] It is definitely obligatory. It's in place of the evaluation and they need to take part.
  • [Janina] Sounds good to me, especially since the FFJ evaluation would have been due this week and now can't happen.
  • [Doug] Then we'd randomly assign KHians and FFJis and have max 2 FFJis per KHian.
  • [Janina] We need a meeting beforehand to align our feedback.
  • [Doug] Do we? If it's individualized feedback I think it's okay that it's different. If others want to add a pice of feedback from their perspective they have to approach the person paired with a specific FFJi.
  • [Doug] And the format can just be based on the normal evaluation process.
  • [Dorota] What if someone objects to the assignment?
  • [Kate] What if someone is not able to productively deliver critical feedback?
  • [Janina] This is getting too big for CoMe, how to continue?
  • [Doug] There's definitely concerns, but are the concerns big enough to stop what was originally proposed?
  • No. Let's go and try.
  • Doug will post in the FFJ channel, next Monday we start the process, partner people etc.
